This morning we visited the Santa Maria Novella Perfumery - in business since the 1300's and then toured the medieval Davanzati townhouse and stopped by the Strozzi palazzo. Lunch was quick and good at Leonardo's and then we rested a little before taking a city bus across the river to Santo Spirito. The highlight of the day was our cooking class at In Tavola. You'll enjoy seeing our crepe making and preparation of the other dishes we ate afterwards in the wine cellar. It was a great day - stay tuned!
